that the premises in question are advantageously situated with a view to the purposes to which it is proposed to appropriate them, so as to justify an offer on the part of Her Majesty's Government of the sum (£500) which the Acting Governor suggests, and also what is the nature and what the probable cost of the defensive works proposed,
which the Board would recommend to be erected thereon.
